Start with talking about different devtas present in Raj comics, like Dev Kaljayi. Dhananjay is also from the city of devtas. Can take example from Bhokal. Bhediya is also called a devta.
But we’re talking about the big game here. We’re talking about the ultimate god.
Samrakshak was seen in Vinash (page no. 88). Samrakshaks develop life on a planet and keep a close look at their growth (similar to celestials).
He said he’s like one of the lowest employees of God, which could mean that Raj Comics’ verse can be multiversal or outerversal.
The way these samrakshaks create life is by using comets. These special comets have life in their core. Once they collide with the planet, they eliminate the present life and start a new one.
They destroy a planet’s life if the beings turn away from God. First, they try to warn them and then wipe out the entire planet’s life.

Dev Kaljayi (the demigod whose venom flows in Nagraj’s veins) mentioned a Mahaprabhu in Vishheen Nagraj (page no. 26). He was seen talking with Garlangat (a yaksh rakshash). When Faceless came to help Nagraj, Kaljayi said it was the miracle of Mahaprabhu. He was most probably citing the God of Raj Comics.

In Khazana, Page no. 25, Vedacharya mentioned that devtas are not equal to Bhagvan (Supreme God/Being).

Kaliyug comics portray the creator of devta and daitya/asur (a devi). On page no. 34, Jayant asked a Param Shakti (Supreme Power) to give him power and transformed into his devta form (with devkavach {god’s armour} and his weapon).

On page no. 41, Shatrupa Punj is mentioned that can null the powers of both asuras and devtas. And it is in the area of Paramshakti (Supreme Power) Mahamaya, where no god or demon can set foot. Indra also mentioned that Mahamaya gave the powers to Brahma (creator), Vishnu (Protector), and Mahesh (Destroyer).

On page no. 78, Shakti Mund mentioned that Param Shakti is omnipresent.

On page no. 79, Param Shakti appeared.

On page no. 80, Param Shakti mentioned she created that universe. She was pleased with the bravery of Nagraj and Dhruv and offered them anything they wanted, including Earth’s kingdom, wealth and treasures of the galaxy, and immortality.

On page no. 90, it is evident that even ichhdhari power is just a small fraction of Param Shakti. Nagraj lost the ichhdhari power to find the right Shatrupa Punj which he took from snakes of Nagdweep. But all of them got it which showed Param Shakti can give any power to anyone anywhere.

On page no. 5 of Dracula ka Hamla, Gabriel is mentioned. It indicates there is more than one god in Raj Comics.

In the end,
